Marley in Camerata“ celebrates 10 years with special performance this month

Acclaimed by the public in its previous editions, Camerata Florianópolis“ ”Marley in Camerata" show celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026. To celebrate the date, on January 31, at 8:30 p.m., at the Ademir Rosa Theater (CIC), the orchestra will take to the stage to present the best of reggae. Tickets are on sale on the Blueticket website.

Conducted by Jeferson Della Rocca, the show features orchestral arrangements inspired by the work of Bob Marley, bringing a symphonic reinterpretation of songs that have marked generations. The proposal maintains the dialog between popular music and erudite language, a consolidated characteristic of Camerata Florianópolis.

Launched in 2016, the project is a partnership between Camerata Florianópolis and percussionist Mauro Branco, with arrangements by composer Alberto Heller and production by Maria Elita Pereira. Since its premiere, “Marley in Camerata” has established itself as one of the orchestra's most sought-after shows.
