WEEM Talks About - Second Edition Florianópolis

We're coming up with another edition of WEEM Talks About, promoted by the WEEM group - Women Engagement for Equity in Medicine, during the FEMINA event in Florianópolis, SC. This year's event will be supported by NSC's Antonietas movement, which values the strength of women from Santa Catarina.

It will be an evening of much exchange and inspiration, with a talk by Elisama Santos and a chat with Laine Valgas.

Speaker: Elisama Santos

Communicator, specialist in mental health. Writer, psychoanalyst and presenter.

Theme: Perfectionism and Courage

How do women deal with risks? What effects does perfectionism have on women's achievements?

In an analysis of the construction of courage in women, Elisama encourages the public, especially women, to look at themselves from a curious, affectionate and provocative perspective.

After the lecture, there will be a chat with journalist Laine Valgas, presenter of Jornal do Almoço Florianópolis, and a specialist in Neuroscience and Mental Health.
